Appointment Preparations
Please arrive to your appointment with clean hair. We recommend coming to the appointment with your hair blow dried, but this is not mandatory.
Deposits
A $25 deposit is required when booking an appointment. You will be prompted to pay this deposit when booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations/rescheduling on the part of the customer. Your deposit can be transferred toward a different appointment if you need to reschedule. The remaining price of your installation will be due at your appointment. You will be able to make this payment directly through our website or in cash.
Drop Offs for Lace Installs
If you are booking a lace service, you must drop off your lace at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you are unable to drop off your lace in advance there will be a $20 fee for same day customization since your appointment will last longer than normal. The address will provide once your appointment is booked. Please make sure that your name is clearly identified on any items that are dropped off or shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Late Fees
We do not charge any late fees at this time. Your appointment may be cancelled if you are 15 minutes or more late.
